El uso indiscriminado de fertilizantes de síntesis química ha causado la degradación de los suelos ganaderos, lo que conlleva a la disminución de la cantidad y calidad de los forrajes destinados a la nutrición bovina. Por esta razón se evaluó la calidad nutricional de praderas mixtas de Maralfalfa y King Grass, inoculadas con bacterias solubilizadoras de fósforo y fijadoras de nitrógeno. El estudio se llevó a cabo en la vereda Barcelona, Villavicencio-Meta. En un diseño de bloques completos al azar con tres repeticiones y siete tratamientos, se estableció el ensayo con pasturas mixtas con y sin inoculación bacteriana. Se realizó un análisis bromatológico mediante el uso de la espectrometría NIRS de las praderas mixtas, evaluando la producción de materia seca (MS), proteína cruda (PC), fibra detergente neutro (FDN), fibra detergente acido (FDA), extracto etéreo (EE), ceniza (C) y lignina (L). Se realizaron cortes de homogeneización y toma de muestra a los 45 y 90 días.
The indiscriminate use of chemical synthesis fertilizers has caused the degradation of livestock soils,
leading to a decrease in the quantity and quality of forage for bovine nutrition. For this reason, the
nutritional status of mixed Maralfalfa and King Grass meadows, inoculated with
phosphorus-solubilizing and nitrogen-fixing bacteria, was evaluated. The study was carried out in the
village of Barcelona, Villavicencio-Meta. In a randomized complete block design with three replicates
and seven treatments, the trial with mixed pastures with and without bacterial inoculation was
established. A bromatological analysis was performed using the NIRS spectrometry of the mixed
meadows, evaluating the production of dry matter (MS), crude protein (PC), neutral detergent fiber
(FDN), acid detergent fiber (FDA), ethereal extract (EE), ash (C) and lignin (L). Homogenization cuts
and sampling were made at 45 and 90 days. The results showed that the dry matter (DM) yield was
reduced with a longer cutting time, obtaining its highest percentage 30.40% at 45 days of age, as well
as, crude protein (PC) 21.79% in the inoculated treatment + 75% chemical fertilization. The FDA acid
detergent fiber obtained values in the absolute control of 29.99 and 33.74 in the 45 and 90 cut-off
days
