Abstract

Este proyecto nace con la finalidad de abrir un espacio confiable ,profesional ,técnico de prestar el servicio de intermediación inmobiliaria o finca raíz en la región que comprende el oriente de Tolima, y los municipios de Ricaurte y Girardot Cundinamarca, a nivel nacional la economía del país muestra un repunte en lo que al sector inmobiliario se refiere, según la visión optimista de la presidenta de Camacol, Sandra Forero, para quien el sector de la construcción frenó su decrecimiento y mostro señales favorables en su rotación. De acuerdo con el gremio se espera que al cierre del presente año 2020 haya un crecimiento de 3,5% en las unidades vendidas, la mayoría en el segmento VIS, aunque el mayor aumento estará en el estrato medio. Teniendo como referencia estos datos permite proyectar una viabilidad financiera, estable y a término fijo de la inversión inmobiliaria en el país, éste proyecto pretende promover que sean muchas más las personas interesadas en invertir en el sector inmobiliario, sector que como decimos va en crecimiento y puede brindarles una alternativa más rentable que muchos otros. El 11 de junio de l2019, se decidió crear una empresa que contemplo esta visión positiva, empresa que fue designada con el nombre de LUGARES NEGOCIOS INMOBILIARIOS S.A.S., esta empresa después de hacer un análisis en la primera área de impacto, el municipio del Carmen de Apicalá Tolima, arrojo resultados positivos para la creación de la misma ,LUGARES NEGOCIOS INMOBILIARIOS S.A.S., abrió sus puertas el 20 de junio del 2019 esperando mediante una proyección financiera una rentabilidad el 47% para el 2020, meta que se superó con éxito a la fecha de febrero de l2020,desde allí comenzó la batalla por la crisis humanitaria y económica que está afrontando el mundo por el COVID-19, pero con esto, también comenzó la idea de reinventar las propuesta y las metas establecidas por esta empresa en su lucha por no dejar se vencer por estos factores.
