Abstract

El siguiente proyecto esta transmitido al desarrollo de empresa en emprendimiento, con implicación directa de los valores Uniminuto obtenidos para la consolidación de los procesos humanísticos. A nivel nacional según el DANE Colombia muy pronto alcanzara los 50 millones de habitantes, así, que. aumenta la necesidad habitacional que enmarca el aumento de la construcción civil, en donde los procesos que ha desarrollado la empresa CONSTRUCCIONES G&G GONZALEZ Y GIRARDOT S.A.S cuentan con un plan y una idea de negocio que se desarrolla respecto a un lineamiento de investigación obtenido por la experiencia, el proceso está dado de factores externos que impulsan a crear una empresa generadora de trabajo, y, por supuesto, generar valores económicos estables, pero de manera organizada se quiere plantear las ideas de la empresa y así desarrollar un esquema compacto, enmarcado que ayude a determinar las posibilidades de obtención de trabajo estable y duradero, el desarrollo de un plan de negocio para la zona de Girardot está consolidado por los criterios que hacen que haya un crecimiento en la estabilidad de la población flotante, que llega a la ciudad, tanto así que la sociedad se ve redirigida positivamente en establecerse retos de infraestructura para cubrir la demanda, y haya un porcentaje decreciente para la construcción civil, tanto bueno que le genera a la empresa estar encaminada a desarrollar estrategias de trabajo, tanto así, que, los factores de influencia en la construcción se aprovechan para desarrollo de espacios que llevan a establecer una sociedad económica estable, beneficiosa para la empresa, y los demás contratantes en la región.
