Con un enfoque en la mitigación del impacto ambiental y el desarrollo sostenible, se propone la implementación de viviendas que utilicen materiales de bajo impacto y tecnologías sustentables. La investigación aborda las barreras legales, económicas y culturales que dificultan la adopción de estas prácticas, utilizando un enfoque metodológico cualitativos. Los resultados permiten identificar factores clave como la conciencia ambiental, la viabilidad económica, el impacto ambiental, la aceptación social y los retos culturales, contribuyendo a la formulación de políticas públicas para la construcción sostenibleThis research explores the relationship between Environmental Engineering and Civil Engineering in the development of ecological constructions in Colombia's Coffee Axis. With a focus on mitigating environmental impact and promoting sustainable development, the study proposes the implementation of housing that uses low-impact materials and sustainable technologies. The research addresses legal, economic, and cultural barriers that hinder the adoption of these practices, utilizing a qualitative data.
