Este proyecto busca desarrollarse con personas que tienen capacidad de liderazgo y estén interesadas en trabajar por la transformación de su entorno a partir de la creación de su propia emisora comunitaria, donde a partir de talleres que permitan a sus participantes expresarse desde el intercambio de saberes, historias destacadas, ideas, proyectos, problemáticas, noticias y entretenimiento; puedan reconocer su territorio, recuperar la palabra, reconstruir su memoria popular y motivarse por participar en la creación de una emisora comunitaria, donde la misma comunidad del corregimiento sea la protagonista de las historias e información, logrando fortalecer la cultura y comunicación de esta comunidad que desde hace tiempo se ha sentido olvidada por su municipio y autoridades estatales, también no cuentan con un medio de comunicación propio en el que ellos puedan reivindicarse a participar, alfabetizarse, informarse y expresarse libremente.In this stage of the investigation of the Comunicare Seedbed, belonging to the program of social Communication and Journalism of the University Corporation Minuto de Dios (Bello Headquarters), named Leaders' Formation in popular communication of San Félix's territory, has as aim develop processes of formation in leadership and communication from existing organizations in San Félix's territory of the municipality of Bello, that it favor to the conformation of the School of Communication.
