The instruments used in this study are Documentary Analysis, the survey and the interview. Although the two communes are geographically very different territories, but in their social structure and community context they are very similar, that the places intervened by graffiti do not obstruct mobility in the different spaces permeated by said technique and for most people it is very; the message transmitted by the graph is important since it gives forcefulness and understanding to the work. In addition to understanding that knowing the perception that citizens have regarding the subject of graffiti is essential when wanting to intervene in a place with not only social or artistic intentions but also educational ones.
