The Municipal Mayor's Office of Armero Guayabal - Tolima, in compliance with what is established by law and with the purpose of structuring a project that allows managing the resources to build the headquarters of the Municipal Council, taking into account that, at present, the activities of this corporation are carried out within the Municipal Palace, without having facilities suitable for the correct performance of their functions and for the attention of the inhabitants and personnel in general who require their attention, they demand the execution of this project in a clear and precise manner.
