Description:	El semillero de Investigación “Para una vida mejor, un ambiente escolar mejor”, busca reunir en el siguiente documento las apreciaciones recopiladas de la primera fase de un proceso de investigación que se inicia en la UNIMINUTO, sede Girardot, teniendo como objetivo general el análisis de los procesos de convivencia que se desarrollan dentro de algunas de las diferentes instituciones de Girardot y la región, con el fin de generar una nueva propuesta teórica que dé respuesta al mejoramiento de la calidad de vida, de todos los estudiantes, en el espacio donde más comparten con otros y están la mayor parte de su tiempo. Para dar respuesta a este proceso de investigación se tomó la decisión de elegir cinco colegios de la región, con diferentes características y modalidades, con el fin de realizar un comparativo muy cuidadoso, crítico y analítico de las situaciones y procesos que se pueden presentar al interior, para luego generar estrategias de solución de acuerdo a cada caso. Con este primer acercamiento en cada una de las cinco instituciones, se generó un diagnóstico inicial que permitió conocer la organización, características y proyección que tienen los colegios para su propia población y así poder llegar a formular un documento de análisis sobre la convivencia dentro de los procesos que se llevan a cabo en su interior e identificando si permiten una adecuada convivencia en su comunidad. Abstract The seedbed of Investigation ¨For a better life, a better school environment¨, looks to gather in the following document the assessments compiled from the first phase of a research process that begins at UNIMINUTO, Girardot headquarters. It has as general objective the analysis of the processes of coexistence that are developed within some of the different institutions of Girardot and the region. In order to generate a new theoretical proposal that responds to the improvement of the quality of life, of all students, in the space where they share with others the most and they are most of their time. In order to respond to this research process 5 schools in the region were chosen with different characteristics and modalities, so as to make a very careful, critical and analytical comparison of the situations and processes that can be presented in the school, and then generate solution strategies according to each case. In each of the 5 institutions, it was generated an initial diagnosis which allowed to know the organization, characteristics and projection that the schools have for their own population. Thereby, be able to formulate a document of analysis on the coexistence within the processes that are carried out in the interior if the schools and identifying if they allow an adequate coexistence in their community.
