| Description: | The following study focuses on the analysis of transportation as a complex system from the perspective of relational dynamics. It also aims for the understanding of external and internal aspects linked to the situation. In addition, the study is oriented towards the description of four roles in the transport context: The public service driver, the passenger, the pedestrian and the transit authority. The current paper intends to provide a glimpse of the constant interaction among these roles in the maintenance and construction of the daily dilemmas in the traffic of the municipality of Soacha-Cundinamarca in Colombia. El siguiente estudio se centra en el análisis del transporte como sistema complejo desde la mirada de la dinámica relacional, orientándose a la comprensión de los aspectos externos e internos en relación a la situación. Además se orienta hacia la descripción de cuatro roles presentes en el contexto del transporte; el conductor de servicio público, el pasajero, el peatón y la autoridad de tránsito, logrando vislumbrar la interacción constante de estos roles en el mantenimiento y construcción de los dilemas cotidianos en el tránsito del municipio de Soacha-Cundinamarca en Colombia |
