| Description: | This text renders an interpretation of the relationship that exists between education policy and teacher training. For this reason, the text provides a macrocontext which places emphasis on education reforms related to the teacher training. Moreover, the text explores some concepts such as educability, teachability, history and epistemology of pedagogy, as well as the concept of formative research which are all within the 272 Act of 1998. it also highlights a study on the teachers’ qualifications, derived from the current weaknesses. Finally, it addresses some issues that lead to further discussions related to this subject. El texto realiza una lectura de las relaciones entre política educativa y formación docente. Para ello se ofrece un contexto macro que sitúa algunas de las reformas educativas en relación con la formación de los docentes. Se estudian además algunos conceptos del Decreto 272 de 1998 como el de educabilidad, enseñabilidad, historia y epistemología de la pedagogía, lo mismo que el de investigación formativa. Se resalta un estudio sobre el perfil de los docentes, partiendo de las debilidades actuales. Finalmente se ofrecen algunas preguntas que dejan el camino abierto al tema de la relación entre política educativa y formación docente. |
