| Description: | The author of this paper questions the political condition of the contemporary citizenship from the hypothesis that the generalization of the Exception States have made indiscernible both rights and events, therefore creating spaces where the non citizenships; these can be habitants from different areas where anything can happen.Following Giorgio Agamben's argument, the author points out that the use of these power strategies has made the live of citizens to be des-political; therefore politicising their deaths and making bio-polities as the main space far privilege reproduction in this society.The imagined alternatives from Nonviolence point of view alternatively search to sponsor new innovative ways to re-construct the social weave, based in ethical-aesthetic paradigms that replace and redefine the modem conception of citizenship. El autor de este artículo cuestiona la condición política de la ciudadanía contemporánea a partir de la hipótesis de que con lo generalización de los estados de excepción se han hecho indiscernibles el hecho y el derecho, creando escenarios en los cuales se multiplican los no- ciudadanos, ahora habitantes de campos en donde cualquier cosa puede ocurrir. Siguiendo la argumentación de Giorgio Agamben el autor señala que el uso de estas estrategias de poder ha llevado a una despolitización de las vidas de los ciudadanos para politizar sus muertes y haciendo de la biopolítica el espacio de reproducción privilegiado de esta sociedad.Las alternativos imaginadas desde la noviolencia buscan, en cambio, propiciar y favorecer formas novedosas de re-construir el tejido social, basadas en paradigmas ético-estéticos que emplazan y redefinen la concepción moderna de ciudadanía. |
