Title:	Rituals of death, cancer and support systems Rituales de muerte, el cáncer y los sistemas de ayuda

In the study, interventions in psychotherapy and systemic consulting were carried out; three families were taken into account and the support systems of the Unidad Oncológica de la Liga Contra el Cáncer Huila , where life and death stories, influenced by dominant narratives of culture, act as negative form, in links of families and support systems, making it an even more painful transit ritual and that, systemically addressed, allow the mobilization, transformation, and the rescue of their autonomy, within the found findings, it was identified that the narratives they have a direct influence of family histories, cultural influences and build disruptive narratives that allow suffering to emerge, another interesting finding, shows that in the relationship of the individual, his family and the support systems, suffering is assumed in a better way if the ignorance about the details of the disease is maintained, this situation can be understood and given another meaning as a therapeutic act, to strengthen the relationship of help between family and clinical contexts, the scientific impact of the project is to obtain findings that allow answering questions about the meanings, histories and resources of families, understanding it, ecosystemically from the psychosocial health. Este artículo es el resultado del trabajo de investigación cualitativa de tipo investigación - intervención, con enfoque contextual, reflexivo y fenomenológico de segundo orden, en esta investigación se utiliza la técnica de estudio de caso, de ¿Cómo las narrativas dominantes de la cultura, en torno a la vida y a la muerte, influyen en los rituales de transito de las familias y los sistemas de ayuda? En el estudio, se realizaron intervenciones en psicoterapia y consultoría sistémica, con tres familias y los sistemas de ayuda de la Unidad Oncológica de la Liga Contra el Cáncer Huila, donde relatos de vida o muerte, influenciados por relatos dominantes de la cultura, actúan de forma negativa, en vínculos de las familias y sistemas de ayuda, haciéndolo un ritual de tránsito aún más doloroso y que abordados sistémicamente, permiten la movilización, transformación, y el rescate de su autonomía, dentro de los hallazgos encontrados, se identificó que las narrativas tienen una influencia directa de historias familiares, influencias culturales y construyen narrativas disruptivas que permiten que emerja el sufrimiento, otro interésate hallazgo, muestra que en la relación del individuo, su familia y  los sistemas de ayuda, el sufrimiento es asumido de una mejor manera si se mantiene el desconocimiento sobre los pormenores de la enfermedad, esta situación, se puede comprender y darle otro significado como un acto terapéutico, que fortalezca la relación de ayuda entre familia y los contextos clínicos, el impacto científico del proyecto, es la obtención de hallazgos que permitan responder a interrogantes acerca de los significados, historias y recursos de las familias, entendiéndola, ecosistémicamente desde la salud psicosocial.
