In virtue of such dignity respect man have been attributed some “rights”. Nevertheless, the lack of definition and the mysterious nature that has been attributed to it; does need to be subjected to reflection, setting up that human dignity is not just other concept within the Human Rights discourse but that is in virtue of it that such rights are met.
