Asociación de los niveles de satisfacción sexual, entre la inteligencia emocional y el uso de Facebook en personas de 18 a 40 años de edad, principalmente de la ciudad de Bogotá

Abstract

Describir la asociación y las diferencias que se presentan entre los índices de satisfacción sexual, la inteligencia emocional y el uso de Facebook en personas de 18 a 40 años de edad, principalmente de la ciudad de Bogotá. Método: La muestra está conformada por 161 personas principalmente de la ciudad de Bogotá-Colombia, a quienes se les aplicó cuatro cuestionarios e instrumentos: un cuestionario de datos sociodemográficos, una escala de satisfacción sexual, la escala TMMS- 24, un cuestionario de uso de Facebook y un cuestionario de celos en Facebook. Resultados: existe una correlación negativa entre los niveles de celos en Facebook y los niveles de satisfacción sexual, los niveles de inteligencia emocional están negativamente correlacionados con el uso de Facebook, la inteligencia emocional está positivamente correlacionada con la satisfacción.

Results: There is a negative correlation between levels of jealousy on Facebook and levels of sexual satisfaction, levels of emotional intelligence are negatively correlated with the use of Facebook, emotional intelligence is positively correlated with satisfaction. Conclusions: As a result of the statistical research presented, it is possible to conclude that Facebook has an important role within the dynamics of the couple relationship, since there is a negative correlation between levels of jealousy on Facebook and levels of sexual satisfaction.
