Abstract

This Accounting Software Implementation project was carried out in the offices of the company Grupo Empresarial lord & Services SAS, located at CLL 14 B NO. 119 A 17 Int 5203, with the support of the University Uniminuto institution in the knowledge received and applied, previously supervised. Said implementation is carried out with the authorization of the company's management, based on the needs of the accounting structure, where deficiencies are found for not having developed and implemented its management of accounting outsoricng in a systematic way. Within this project, and applying the legal framework is that it is an essential requirement for companies to keep accounting, apply the rules in transition to IFRS, so this software is chosen that will meet the needs of the company, giving support and reliability in the accounting records. As a result of this project, each of the proposed objectives is satisfactorily developed, since the company acquires the WORLD OFFICE accounting package version 8.0.9 Accountant that includes IFRS, for the systematization of the accounting of each of its client companies.
