Análisis de Inversión financiera en la implementación de un Sistema de Energía Renovable para un Hotel en el municipio de San Gil, Santander

Abstract

El consumo de energía en los hoteles genera un gasto relevante para las finanzas del inversionista; cambiar el existente sistema energético actual es un trabajo de largo plazo, que a futuro generará resultados óptimos y lograra mitigar los altos costos que actualmente se paga por el consumo de energía convencional; año tras año el interés de muchas personas y principalmente de los gobiernos será combatir las causas que genera un duro golpe al medio ambiente, por tal razón uno de los objetivos de cada empresa independiente al sector que pertenezca será invertir en I&D en cada una de sus infraestructuras y habituales procesos para el servicio o producto que ofrece al mercado. La investigación que se realiza describe el análisis de inversión que se debe hacer para la implementación de energía fotovoltaica en la actividad hotelera del municipio de san gil (Santander). El escenario para adquirir la información sobre el consumo y valor promedio de energía que anualmente se refleja en los gastos fijos de la empresa, se desarrolla a través de un espacio de comunicación entre el propietario del hotel y la investigadora; una vez promediado el consumo se hace la conversión de cada elemento, con lo anterior se realiza el presupuesto para identificar la posible inversión de las adecuaciones y adquisiciones que debe hacer el inversionista con el fin de obtener un lucro financiero a futuro como lo menciona (Montaño, H. Francisco, 2016) la inversión para una empresa significa la adquisición de elementos que conformarán su activo (estructura económica), con el objeto de que estos generen una renta futura. Sin embargo, los inversiones pueden tener una clasificación todo depende de la duración (corto plazo, largo pazo); el objeto (renovación, expansión, innovación, etc.); el sujeto que invierte (individuos, empresas, estados, comunidades); la naturaleza de lo invertido (reales, productivas o financieras); el grado de conocimiento (certera, de riesgo, probabilidad, incertidumbre, etc); y la relación que guardan (independientes, interdependientes, sustitutivas).
