The Social Communicator does a great job in organizations, as it not only has the capacity to inform, but it transcends by creating communication strategies that generate institutional value and are committed to achieving the objectives. This systematization carries out a reflective analysis based on professional practice in the University Ministry of UNIMINUTO Headquarters and focuses on the contribution of the social communicator to the organization. The method to be applied is the mixed one, where the qualitative and quantitative will explain the objectives and the problem posed for this work. The techniques that were developed were a field diary that allowed the information to be categorically organized, interviews with the actors and interlocutors who participated during professional practice, and surveys of the different pastoral units at the national level to identify their reality in the communication processes and your need for it. The results show that the role of the social communicator makes a great contribution in the communication processes of the Pastoral unit towards the organization, thanks to their knowledge and the creation of strategies that allow the achievement of the stated objectives. In the same way, that the consolidation of the profile of the Social Communicator in the University Ministry at a national level would be of great contribution to the visibility and positioning of this unit in the organization. |
