Abstract: | La minería de carbón en el municipio de Mongua, Boyacá es uno de los principales
motores económicos, esto genera una gran demanda de trabajadores para los
diferentes tipos de labores que se desempeñan dentro y fuera de los socavones. La
presencia de menores de edad en este tipo de labores es una práctica común, debido
a que se considera en muchas ocasiones como una tradición familiar o la única forma
de generar un sustento económico en un hogar.
Esta investigación pretende conocer la perspectiva de los jóvenes con relación al
trabajo infantil y la tradición de su participación en las minas de carbón en la zona por
medio de una investigación cualitativa en la se interpretó su visión por medio de
talleres de pintura, radio y escritura que les permitió dar a conocer su punto de vista
frente al tema de manera libre In Mongua Boyacá one of the rural regions in Colombia, coal mining it is considered as one of the primary sources for the economic development in this region. There for there is a high demand in many works done inside and outside of the undercuts. It is a fact the presence of minors working in occupations related with mining, excavation this is seen as something normal most of the time working in the mine it is a tradition or due to lack of work opportunities results as the only source of economic support. The aim of the current investigation it is about the perspective of young people in the region about child labour and the family tradition of working in coal mining qualitative research works to interpret the overview of the target population about the mining work. Instruments such as painting workshops recordings and writing exercises, were use as content analysis material by interpreting words and images from documents where they express thoughts and believes in a free way about the topic already mentioned. |
