dc.description.abstract	En la actualidad los temas relacionados con desarrollo sostenible, economía, innovación y competitividad son de suma importancia por los mercados altamente competitivos y de rápidos cambios a través del tiempo, como en todo campo, Ciudad o región se busca crear nuevos aportes para cambios positivos en los productores que buscan un desarrollo en sus productos o tierras con el fin de satisfacer las necesidades de las demandas internas, pero hay preocupación ya que el campo, no se está aprovechando de la mejor manera y hay interrogantes como: ¿ realmente se sigue cultivando de la misma manera que antes?. No obstante, Girardot no es ajeno a las problemáticas planteadas anteriormente, donde observamos la importancia de conocer que es lo que realmente está ocurriendo en los campos y zona rural del Municipio. Esto hace que la producción mango plátano, algodón, mango, sábila, maíz, sorgo no sea la esperada, esto se observó en la economía de la comunidad. Cabe mencionar, que el Municipio de Girardot - Cundinamarca fue el punto clave de objeto de estudio para esta investigación, el fin de esta fue realizar un diagnóstico de las vocaciones productivas, para conocer que se está produciendo. Si en la actualidad se sigue cultivando de la misma manera que antes; o si por el contrario el campo ha declinado y ha optado por emigración de otras actividades económicas. Se Brindó recomendaciones que impulsen al crecimiento económico de la zona rural (campos) aportando al desarrollo del municipio y aprovechamiento de los recursos naturales, En conjunto se realizó en la zona rural del municipio, encuestas a obreros y habitantes de las veredas, logrando plantear estrategias que brinden solución y valor agregado a la principal fuente productiva que tiene esta zona con el fin de obtener una mejor calidad de vida de los habitantes.	es_ES

dc.description.abstractenglish	At present the topics related to sustainable development, economy, innovation and competitiveness perform supreme importance for the highly competitive and changeable markets across the time, since in any field, take care or region is sought to create new contributions for positive changes in the producers who look for development in his products or lands in order to satisfy the needs of the internal demands, but there is worry since in the field, he is not taking advantage of the best way and there are questions that continue without answering. Nevertheless, Girardot is not foreign to the problematic ones raised previously, where we observe the importance of knowing that it is what really happens in the fields and rural zone. This does that the production is not the awaited one, meets reflected in the economy of the community. It is necessary to mention, that Girardot's municipality will be the key point of object of study for this investigation, the end of this one is to realize a diagnosis of the productive vocations, to know that it is taking place. If at present it continues being cultivated in the same way as before; or if on the contrary the field has declined and chosen for emigration of other economic activities. There were Offered recommendations that they stimulate to the economic growth of the rural zone (fields) reaching to the development of the municipality and utilization of the natural resources. Stocks on a methodology of descriptive type with a qualitative and quantitative approach, the survey like quantitative instrument and interview semistructured with the different peasants taking it to a qualitative approach allowing to obtain trustworthy and concrete information of what is looked. Analyzing it to achieve the aims of the investigation, with statistics that allow to establish conclusions of the investigation and recommendations to giving. For better utilization of these zones that perform supreme importance for an economy. The seedbed DESREGEM (Regional Managerial Development) who promotes the investigation with a highly social approach and of impact to the community contributing to the social and economic sustainable development, highlighting the value of all the peasants reaching to the knowledge for the project creation with positive impacts, alliances and strategies that help to the development of the fields and generating value added to the products.	us_US
