Propuesta Plan de Desarrollo para la Finca Agroturística Las Cuchillas

Abstract

En el siguiente proyecto se presenta una propuesta para el plan de desarrollo Finca las Cuchillas y así convertirla en Finca Agroturísticas las Cuchillas, la Finca se ubica en Colombia departamento de Boyacá, municipio de Soatá Vereda el Hatillo, en la provincia del norte, Se sitúa en la ladera occidental de la Cordillera Oriental, en el noreste del departamento de Boyacá. El proyecto fue realizado según estructura guía plan de negocios del Fondo Emprender y está dividido en módulos de mercadeo, operaciones, organización, finanzas, plan operativo, impacto y resumen ejecutivo etc. primero se comenzó realizando el marco teórico para recabar datos generales y luego poner mayor ejecución a la investigación de factibilidad, al analizar los datos generales pudimos observar que la finca no se está explotando adecuadamente y que a muchos de los espacios no se les está viendo su potencial, también que en el municipio el turismos se ha incrementado considerablemente en los últimos años, hacia la parte baja donde se ubica el rio Chicamocha, pero se ha perdido de vistas la parte alta que también cuenta con hermosos paisaje y espacios donde desarrollar distintas actividades turísticas diferentes a las que se pueden realizar al lado del rio, como actividades relacionadas con turismos rural/ turismos no convencional y algunas de turismo extremos

In the following project, a feasibility study is presented for the development plan of the Las Blades farm and thus convert it into an agrotourism farm Las Blades, the farm is located in Colombia, department of Boyacá, municipality of Soatá Vereda El Hatillo, in the northern province, is located on the western slope of the Cordillera Oriental, in the northeast of the department. In recent years, towards the lower part where the Chicamocha river is located, but the upper part has been lost sight of, which also has beautiful landscapes and spaces to develop different tourist activities other than those that can be carried out along the river. such as activities related to rural tourism/unconventional tourism and some extreme tourism.
