DETECCIÓN DEL NIVEL DE RIESGO DERIVADO DEL CONSUMO DE SUSTANCIAS PSICOACTIVAS EN LOS ADOLESCENTES DEL GRADO DECIMO DE LA INSTITUCIÓN EDUCATIVA MARIANO J VILLEGAS DEL MUNICIPIO DE MONTEBELLO

Abstract

La presente investigación surge a partir de las situaciones vividas en las prácticas profesionales frente al rol del Trabajador social en el contexto educativo y como se pueden presenciar diversas problemáticas en los escenarios educativos, siendo el consumo de sustancias psicoactivas en los adolescentes una de ellas, por lo tanto, se establece como objetivo general de investigación el Detectar el nivel de riesgo del consumo de sustancias psicoactivas en jóvenes del grado 10ª de la Institución Educativa Mariano J Villegas del municipio de Montebello. El diseño metodológico fue abordado desde la investigación cuantitativa, con un enfoque descriptivo y como instrumento se utilizó la encuesta, se acudió a la aplicación de o prueba de detección de consumo Assist, donde se permitió identificar el nivel de riesgo de los adolescentes y el nivel de adicción y el tipo de consumo. Gracias a la aplicación del instrumento se logró evidenciar la sustancia psicoactiva más consumida y el genero que mas lo hace. A raíz de lo anterior surgen algunas recomendaciones que se enfocan en la promoción de la salud y la prevención de la enfermedad.

The present research arises from the situations experienced in professional practices regarding the role of the social worker in the educational context and how various problems can be witnessed in educational settings, the consumption of psychoactive substances in adolescents being one of them, for example. Therefore, the general research objective is established to detect the risk level of the consumption of psychoactive substances in young people in the 10th grade of the Mariano J Villegas Educational Institution in the municipality of Montebello. The methodological design was approached from quantitative research, with a descriptive approach and as an instrument the survey was used, the application of the Assist consumption detection test was used, where it was possible to identify the risk level of adolescents and the level of addiction and type of consumption. Thanks to the application of the instrument, it was possible to demonstrate the most consumed psychoactive substance and the gender that does it the most. As a result of the above, some recommendations arise that focus on health promotion and disease prevention.
