Diseño del Sistema de Gestión en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo para la empresa HY-LINE Colombia S.A.S. Año 2023

Abstract

Los sistemas de gestión en Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo son un aspecto fundamental para garantizar la calidad laboral de una empresa y por ende su competitividad en el mercado, es por ello por lo que el presente trabajo tiene como objetivo principal, diseñar el Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo para la empresa avícola Hy Line Colombia S.A.S. Esta investigación es de tipo investigación acción participación con enfoque mixto integrando los métodos cualitativos y cuantitativos. Como resultados principales se logró identificar por un lado, que la empresa Hy-Line Colombia S.A.S muy en claro de qué se trata el SG-SST y por otro lado, lo llevan a cabo implementando una serie de requisitos y normas alineados al Decreto 1072 de 2015 y a la ley 1562 de 2012; no obstante, durante la investigación, se identificó que si bien conocer e implementar las normas de SG-SST les añade como empresa calidad y competitividad, su estructura jerárquica y en algunos casos autoritaria le disminuye a estos dos importantes factores mencionados. Por lo anterior, se puede concluir que, tanto la seguridad como la salud y su respectivo sistema de gestión son garantes de la calidad en una empresa, y en este caso han tenido un rol relevante en la competitividad y calidad de Hy-Line Colombia S.A.S.

Safety and Health management systems at work are a fundamental aspect to guarantee the work quality of a company and therefore its competitiveness in the market, which is why the main objective of this work is to design the Safety and Health Management System. Safety and Health at Work for the poultry company Hy Line Colombia S.A.S. This research is of the participatory action research type with a mixed approach integrating qualitative and quantitative methods. As the main results, it was possible to identify, on the one hand, that the Hy-Line company is very clear about what the SG-SST is about and, on the other hand, they carry it out by implementing a series of requirements and standards aligned with Decree 1072 of 2015 and law 1562 of 2012; However, during the investigation, it was identified that although knowing and implementing the SG-SST standards adds quality and competitiveness as a company, its hierarchical and in some cases authoritarian structure diminishes these two important factors mentioned. From the above, it can be concluded that both safety and health and their respective management system are guarantors of quality in a company, and in this case they have played a relevant role in the competitiveness and quality of Hy-Line S.A.S.
