Diseño del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SG-SST) para la empresa C&G Logística y Transporte S.A.S. año 2023

Abstract

Este trabajo de grado se centra en el diseño del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SG-SST) para la empresa C&G Logística y Transporte S.A.S. en Colombia. El SG-SST es esencial para crear un entorno laboral seguro y saludable, así como para prevenir accidentes y enfermedades ocupacionales. El objetivo principal de este proyecto es desarrollar un SG-SST en cumplimiento con el decreto 1072 de 2015, con el propósito de implementarlo C&G Logística y Transporte S.A.S. en el municipio de Pereira, Risaralda, durante el año 2023. Se empleó una metodología de investigación mixta que incluyó la recopilación y análisis de datos tanto cuantitativos como cualitativos. Los participantes en la investigación fueron los empleados de la empresa, quienes contribuyeron mediante encuestas y entrevistas, proporcionando información crucial sobre las condiciones laborales y los riesgos. La investigación incluyó la creación de matrices cuantificadas y un enfoque de investigación-acción participativa para involucrar activamente a los trabajadores en la creación del SG-SST. Los resultados revelaron áreas críticas que necesitan mejoras, como la implementación de medidas de seguridad específicas y la capacitación del personal. En resumen, este trabajo proporciona un enfoque participativo para diseñar un SG-SST efectivo que se adapte a las necesidades de C&G Logística y Transporte S.A.S., con el objetivo de mejorar las condiciones de seguridad y salud en el trabajo en el año 2023. Este enfoque colaborativo puede tener un impacto significativo en la prevención de accidentes y enfermedades ocupacionales en la empresa.

This degree work focuses on the design of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST) for the company C&G Logística y Transporte S.A.S. in Colombia. SG-SST is essential to create a safe and healthy work environment, as well as to prevent occupational accidents and illnesses. The main objective of this project is to develop an SG-SST in compliance with decree 1072 of 2015, with the purpose of implementing it in C&G Logística y Transporte S.A.S. in the municipality of Pereira, Risaralda, during the year 2023. A mixed research methodology was used that included the collection and analysis of both quantitative and qualitative data. The participants in the research were the company's employees, who contributed through surveys and interviews, providing crucial information about working conditions and risks. The research included the creation of quantified matrices and a participatory action research approach to actively involve workers in the creation of the SG-SST. The results revealed critical areas that need improvement, such as the implementation of specific security measures and staff training. In summary, this work provides a participatory approach to design an effective SG-SST that adapts to the needs of C&G Logística y Transporte S.A.S., with the aim of improving safety and health conditions at work in the year 2023. This approach Collaborative can have a significant impact on the prevention of accidents and occupational diseases in the company.
