Dificultades en expendedores de carne por inoperatividad de central de sacrificio en Chinchiná-Caldas.

Abstract

El presente documento corresponde un proceso investigativo realizado por un estudiante de la Especialización en Gerencia de Proyectos de la Corporación Universitaria Minuto de Dios, Centro Regional Chinchiná, esta investigación busca establecer dificultades generadas a los expendedores de carne de la galería del municipio de Chinchiná Caldas por la inoperatividad de la central de sacrificio animal para la identificación de problemáticas por medio de la participación de los actores principales. Este proyecto es de tipo cualitativo con un diseño descriptivo y un enfoque fenomenológico, implementando la entrevista estructurada con un guion de preguntas que posee preguntas demográficas y preguntas de contexto investigativo de selección múltiple y más de una respuesta, teniendo como muestra a 10 expendedores de carne de la Galería municipal de Chinchiná, teniendo en cuenta información mencionada anteriormente uno de los resultados representativos para la investigación realizada fue identificar que las dificultades generadas a los expendedores de carne de la Galería Municipal de Chinchiná, por inoperatividad de la Central de Sacrificio son el desempleo generado por inoperatividad en esta actividad económica, escases de condiciones sanitarias para el adecuado sacrificio del animal, el sacrificio clandestino que ha aumentado, lo que disminuye el nivel de confianza de los usuarios y el aumento de precios; con esto se busca promover el Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible-ODS N.8, denominado Trabajo Decente y Crecimiento Económico, pues se busca promover el crecimiento económico inclusivo mediante empleo productivo y decente.

This project is of a qualitative type with a descriptive design and a phenomenological approach, implementing the structured interview with a script of questions that has demographic questions and multiple-choice investigative context questions and more than one answer, with 10 meat vendors as a sample. of the Municipal Gallery of Chinchiná, taking into account the information mentioned above, one of the representative results for the investigation carried out was to identify that the difficulties generated to the meat vendors of the Municipal Gallery of Chinchiná, due to the inoperability of the Slaughterhouse are unemployment. generated by inoperability in this economic activity, scarcity of sanitary conditions for the adequate slaughter of the animal, the clandestine slaughter that has increased, which decreases the level of confidence of the users and the increase in prices; This seeks to promote the Sustainable Development Goal-ODS N.8, called Decent Work And Economic Growth, as it seeks to promote inclusive economic growth through productive and decent employment.
