Es importante conocer la normatividad en riesgo psicosocial en el trabajo, que aplica en cada uno de los países, por lo tanto, en el presente trabajo se hará énfasis en los países de Colombia y México, el lector se dirigirá a entender la importancia de conocer la normatividad y su aplicación, pero, ¿Riesgo Psicosocial?; muchas situaciones laborales lo ocasionan, el ser humano está expuesto a muchos factores dentro de sus actividades diarias, que pueden producir riesgo psicosocial, afectando no solo individualmente sino también a sus compañeros de trabajo, familia, amigos y en general a su entorno. El objetivo del presente proyecto es encontrar las diferencias y similitudes entre la normatividad colombiana y mexicana enfocada a riesgo psicosocial, listando en primer lugar la normatividad legal de cada país; a través de una metodología de estudio comparativo por medio de una revisión bibliográfica de tipo documental, de alcance descriptivo, por medio de una recolección de datos; encontrando en que hay algunas similitudes sobre el acoso laboral, sin embargo lo más importante fueron las diferencias encontradas en la normatividad de cada país como: responsabilidades, instrumentos de medición, protocolos de intervención y por último las guías de intervención.
It is important to know the regulations on psychosocial risk at work, which apply in each of the
countries, therefore, in this work emphasis will be placed on the countries of Colombia and
Mexico, the reader will be directed to understand the importance of knowing the regulations

environment. The objective of this project is to find the differences and similarities between
Colombian and Mexican regulations focused on psychosocial risk, first listing the legal
regulations of each country; through a comparative study methodology through a bibliographic
review of documentary type, of descriptive scope, through data collection; Finding that there
are some similarities about workplace bullying, however, the most important thing was the
differences found in the regulations of each country such as: responsibilities, measurement
instruments, intervention protocols and finally the intervention guides.
