Sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para la organización ABA Ingeniería Integral SAS, de acuerdo con el Decreto Único Reglamentario 1072 de 2015

Abstract

El trabajo es la base y fundamento de la vida social e individual, dentro del medio laboral el trabajador estará expuesto a diferentes condiciones de trabajo y están pueden ser positivas o negativas, es por eso que se dice que el trabajo puede convertirse en instrumento tanto de salud como de enfermedad para el individuo. Por lo anterior, se diseñará el programa de Sistema de Gestión y Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo – SG-SST, que garantizará la prevención, el mejoramiento continuo de las condiciones de salud y el bienestar de cada uno de los colaboradores de la empresa ABA INGENIERÍA INTEGRAL S.A.S.

The purpose of this project is to develop the proposal for the Design of the Occupational Safety and Health Safety Management System, based on the requirements defined in Decree 1072 of 2015, Resolution 0312 of 2019 for the company ABA INGENIERIA INTEGRAL S.A.S., advisory and consulting company on various engineering issues for both public and private sector companies, located in the City of Cucuta, Norte de Santander, Colombia. For the execution of the current project, a mixed-type methodology is established, which are the systematic integration of quantitative and qualitative methods in a single study, where the initial evaluation is attached, which consists of compliance with the minimum standards established in the resolution. 0312 of 2019, the analysis of the dangers and risks to which the workers of this entity are exposed, through the matrix of dangers and risks Colombian Technical Guide (GTC 45), where it was also possible to demonstrate the current state of the company against regulatory requirements.
