La presente monografía titulada “La Pertinencia del Protocolo SATAC en la Entrevista
Forense Aplicado a Niños, Niñas y Adolescentes (NNA) Víctimas de Abuso Sexual en la Ley 906
de 2004”, se desarrolla mediante una metodología de investigación básica desde lo cualitativo e
inductivo considerando como objeto de estudio el protocolo SATAC, frente a protocolos afines
aplicados en la entrevista forense a NNA víctimas dentro de la investigación penal de alguna
tipología de los delitos sexuales, investigación que se nutrirá de fuentes secundarias toda vez que
se realiza bajo método de revisión sistemática exploratoria. Como objetivo principal, se
encargará de establecer si el protocolo SATAC es el instrumento adecuado, suficiente y
pertinente para la obtención de información por parte de NNA víctimas de abuso sexual en la
entrevista forense y conocer qué otros protocolos afines existen, para lo cual, se elaborará un
cuadro comparativo que permita confrontarlos frente a su pertenencia en la intervención con las
víctimas. En desarrollo de los objetivos específicos se identificaron otros protocolos de
entrevista forense aplicados a NNA víctimas de abuso sexual como son Protocolo MICHIGAN y
el Protocolo NICHD; asimismo, se describe las etapas y características de cada protocolo en el
desarrollo de la entrevista forense aplicados a NNA víctimas de abuso sexual.
This monograph entitled "The Relevance of the SATAC Protocol in the Forensic
Interview Applied to Children and Adolescents (NNA) Victims of Sexual Abuse in Law 906 of
2004", is developed through a basic research methodology from the qualitative and inductive
considering as object of study the SATAC protocol, this research will be nourished by secondary
sources since it is carried out under a method of exploratory systematic review. The main
objective is to establish whether the SATAC protocol is an adequate, sufficient, and pertinent
instrument for obtaining information from child victims of sexual abuse in the forensic
interview and to find out what other similar protocols exist, for which purpose a comparative
table will be drawn up to compare them in relation to their relevance in the intervention with
the victims. In the development of the specific objectives, other forensic interview protocols
applied to children and adolescents victims of sexual abuse were identified, such as the
MICHIGAN Protocol and the NICHD Protocol; likewise, the stages and characteristics of each
protocol in the development of the forensic interview applied to children and adolescents
victims of sexual abuse are described.
