Se diseñó un modelo de gerencia estratégica para la empresa prestadora de servicios jurídicos Acevedos Abogados y Asociados S.A.S. Inicialmente realizando un análisis de factores internos y externos agrupados en perspectivas mediante las técnicas PEST, MEFI, MEFE Y DOFA, seguido de un planteamiento de objetivos estratégicos para conformar el mapa estratégico. Creando indicadores e iniciativas estratégicas se propusieron herramientas para la gestión, el monitoreo, cuantificación y cumplimiento de la estrategia organizacional.
A strategic management model was designed for the company that provides legal
services Acevedos Abogados y Asociados S.A.S. Initially carrying out an analysis of
internal and external factors grouped into perspectives using the PEST, MEFI, MEFE and
SWOT techniques, followed by an approach of strategic objectives to form the strategic
map. Creating indicators and strategic initiatives, were proposed tools for the management,
monitoring, quantification and compliance of the organizational strategy.
Finally, the balanced scorecard was built, identifying the objectives, indicators and
initiatives establishing the proposed strategic management model and that the company could use to achieve said objectives from the mission in search of the vision and at the
same time increase sales of legal services.
