El presente trabajo de investigación consiste en el análisis de la evasión de pagos que deben realizar las empresas, con el fin de dar cumplimiento al pago de la seguridad social, las prestaciones sociales, y aportes parafiscales que se deben dar a todo trabajador legalmente contratado en Colombia, y por ende a los migrantes venezolanos que legalmente están protegidos por documentos admitidos en la nación. El objetivo de esta investigación es mirar cual es la realidad asociada con la evasión del pago de seguridad social, prestaciones sociales, y aportes parafiscales por parte de empresas colombianas a migrantes venezolanos. La investigación se realizó con encuestas, metodología de carácter descriptivo cuantitativo donde se buscó realizar un estudio e investigación indagando los diferentes fenómenos y problemáticas, también se buscó generar y probar teorías, aplicando la lógica deductiva de lo general a lo particular de acuerdo con el tema de investigación, donde se analizó la evasión del pago de seguridad social prestaciones sociales y aportes parafiscales por parte de empresas colombianas a migrantes venezolanos. Lo anterior favoreció para la formulación de conclusiones las cuales pretenden ayudar a que las empresas colombianas se concienticen de las condiciones por las cuales emplean a los venezolanos, además vean la magnitud de la evasión a la cual están exponiendo al país conociendo que estos ingresos son distribuidos para ayudas económicas en los sectores más vulnerables.
The actual research work consists of the analysis of the evasion of tax payments that
companies must carry out, in order to comply with social security, social benefits, and
parafiscal contributions that must be given to all workers legally hired in Colombia, and
therefore to Venezuelan migrants who are legally protected by documents admitted to the
nation. The purpose of this research is to look at the reality associated with the evasion of
social security payments, social benefits, and parafiscal contributions by Colombian
companies to Venezuelan migrants. The research was made out with surveys, a quantitative
descriptive methodology where it was sought to carry out a study and research investigating
the different phenomena and problems, it was also sought to generate and test theories,
applying the deductive logic of the general to the particular according to the theme.
