El proyecto busca generar un estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una institución de educación para el trabajo en la ciudad de Pereira, Colombia, que ofrezca programas de capacitación en mercadeo, impulso y cajeros en el sector comercial y empresarial. El proyecto está motivado por la necesidad de capacitar a la población para estos cargos demandados en la economía actual. Beneficiando a las personas de escasos recursos, mujeres cabezas de hogar y mujeres pospenadas que han superado un proceso de resocialización en la Reclusión de mujeres de Pereira.
The project aims to conduct a feasibility study for establishing a vocational education
institution in Pereira, Colombia. This institution would offer marketing, promotion, and cashier
training programs within the commercial and business sectors. The project is motivated by the
need to provide training for these demanded positions in the current economy. It aims to benefit
individuals with limited resources, single mothers, and women who have undergone a process
of reintegration at the Pereira Women's Incarceration Facility.
The project would be carried out in four phases:
1.Market Research: This phase involves identifying the training needs of the Pereira
population. There is a current necessity for an institution capable of providing training in the
commercial field, generating both commercial and social impact within the municipality.
2. Development of Training Programs: In this phase, training programs tailored to the needs
identified in the market research phase would be developed. These programs would benefit the
general population as well as commercial organizations.
3. Implementation of Training Programs: This phase entails implementing the education
programs and training participants. This process would raise awareness about the benefits of
academic development within the institution.
4. Evaluation of Training Programs: This phase involves evaluating the effectiveness of the
training programs, consistently promoting academic activities, and highlighting the benefits for
the population in the city of Pereira.
The project would be funded through a combination of public and private funds. Public funding
would come from the national and local governments, highlighting the benefits for municipal
residents interested in training and inclusive employment through academic contributions.

Private funding would come from organizations and companies interested in investing in social
education for individuals needing formal employability opportunities.
The project is expected to positively impact Pereira's economy by supporting job creation,
increasing productivity, and reducing unemployment. It would also improve the quality of life
for individuals with limited resources, limited job opportunities, single mothers, and women
reintegrating into society after serving prison sentences.
