Dentro de las compañías colombianas durante los últimos años se ha fortalecido el área de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo para brindarle a los colaboradores confianza, ya que ellos son los que se exponen a los diferentes tipos de riesgos que se encuentran a diario en desarrollo de sus actividades lo cual no están exceptos de contraer algún tipo de lesión, accidente y enfermedad laboral. El desafío que tiene una empresa del sector Gas Licuado de Petróleo (GLP) promover el bienestar físico, mental y social a sus trabajadores además de suministrar las condiciones óptimas para el desarrollo de sus labores.
Por consiguiente, el presente proyecto tiene como objeto diseñar un programa de protección contra caídas en trabajo en alturas, para una empresa del sector GLP dando cumplimiento a la nueva resolución 4272 del 2021. Así mismo, esta investigación tiene un enfoque cualitativo, que permite recopilar datos tener un estudio más completo y detallado. Igualmente, el diseño del programa se realiza con la finalidad de lograr un resultado satisfactorio y cumplir a cabalidad los requisitos que un empleado debe tener al momento de hacer trabajo en alturas en el sector GPL. Se tienen en cuenta los criterios de evaluación, de la empresa es decir si cumple, no cumple o lo hace parcialmente teniendo en cuenta registros fotográficos de las actividades que se realizan allí.
In recent years, Colombian companies have strengthened the area of Occupational Health and
Safety in order to provide employees with confidence, since they are the ones who are exposed to
different types of risks that are encountered daily in the development of their activities, which are
not exempt from contracting any type of injury, accident or occupational disease. The challenge
for a company in the Liquefied Petroleum Gas (GLP) sector is to promote the physical, mental and
social well-being of its workers, in addition to providing optimal conditions for the development
of their work.
Therefore, the purpose of this project is to design a fall protection program for working at heights
for a company in the GLP sector in compliance with the new resolution 4272 of 2021. Likewise,
this research has a qualitative approach, which allows collecting data to have a more complete and
detailed study. Likewise, the design of the program is carried out in order to achieve a satisfactory
result and fully comply with the requirements that an employee must have when working at heights
in the GLP sector. The evaluation criteria of the company are taken into account, i.e. whether it
complies, does not comply or partially complies, taking into account photographic records of the
activities carried out there.
