La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo el analizar la incidencia de las
demandas de trabajo en el entorno extralaboral en los colaboradores del Autoservicio
Maximercar del municipio de Fusagasugá; la muestra seleccionada fue de 27 colaboradores,
la investigación es de corte transversal dado que se realizó en un único momento, de tipo
descriptivo con enfoque cuantitativo ya que se miden variables en un determinado contexto.
Para la obtención de información se diseña cuestionario tipo escala Likert, que consta de 18
preguntas específicas. Encontrándose que los factores de riesgo psicosociales intra laborales
del dominio demandas de trabajo en el componente demandas de la jornada de trabajo inciden
en el entorno extra laboral dado que la jornada extensa limita en tiempo del colaborador fuera
del trabajo y por ende afecta las relaciones familiares, el ejercicio del rol frente al hogar, las
relaciones sociales, el disfrute del tiempo frente a actividades recreativas y de desarrollo
personal, provocando afectaciones a nivel físico y emocional donde el colaborador expresa
sentimientos de desmotivación y frustración. Por otra parte, el ambiente de trabajo influye
directamente en el entorno extralaboral dado los problemas que se derivan de las relaciones
disruptivas frente al liderazgo y de apoyo social que afecta la motivación de los
colaboradores.
The objective of this research was to analyze the incidence of work demands in the
extra-work environment in the collaborators of the Maximercar Self-Service in the
Municipality of Fusagasugá. The selected sample was 27 collaborators. The research is crosssectional since it was carried out in a single moment, of a descriptive type with a quantitative
approach since variables are measured in a certain context. To obtain information, a Likert
scale questionnaire was designed, consisting of 8 specific questions. Finding that the intralabour psychosocial risk factors of the work demands domain in the demands component of
the working day affect the extra-work environment since the long day limits the
collaborator’s time outside of work and therefore affects family relationships. The exercise
of the role in front of the home, social relations, the enjoyment of time in front of recreational
activities and personal development, causing affectations at a physical and emotional level
where the Collaborator expresses feelings of demotivation and frustration. On the other hand,
the work environment work directly influences the extra-work environment given the
problems that arise from disruptive relationships with leadership and social support affect the
motivation of collaborators.
