El estudio realizado en El Parque frente al ausentismo, ha permitido profundizar en los
factores que impactan al área de Alimentos y Bebidas, siendo esta área la que presenta mayor
número de accidentes y enfermedades; ésta área es la encargada de prestar el servicio de venta de
alimentos y bebidas, de manera que la productividad se afecta y genera que los servicios en los
restaurantes para los usuarios y el cliente interno se retrase, afectando el indicador de satisfacción;
esto cuando ocurre por las ausencias de incapacidad por accidente laboral o enfermedad..
Por esta razón fue necesario el análisis de los factores que se evidenciaron en la recolección
de la información de las bases de datos que maneja El Parque en los registros que lleva el área de
Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo.
Al encontrar los factores asociados al ausentismo a causa de la enfermedad común y
laboral, según la normativa y legislación de los entes internacionales: la Organización
Internacional del Trabajo y la Organización Mundial de la Salud, al igual que los casos que
reportan altas tazas de ausentismo, se pudo realizar análisis eficiente de los resultandos.
En las conclusiones que se realizaron se determina con propiedad de acuerdo al análisis de
los resultados, las recomendaciones que se deben tener en cuenta para la promoción y prevención
de los accidentes de trabajo, las enfermedades laborales y comunes.
The study carried out in the Park regarding absenteeism, has made it possible to delve into

of absenteeism, it was possible to carry out efficient analysis of the results.
In the conclusions that were made, it is properly determined according to the analysis of the
results, the recommendations that must be taken into account for the promotion and prevention of
work accidents, occupational and common diseases.
