Este programa tiene como fin identificar las condiciones y actos inseguros en las
instalaciones de la universidad piloto de Colombia, mediante un proceso de observación
ordenado y preciso a las áreas locativas, equipos, herramientas y a las prácticas que se
ejecutan en los puestos de labor; estas inspecciones serán realizadas por miembros del Comité
Paritario de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo e integrantes de la Brigada de emergencia, se
aplicara una encuesta al auxiliar de mantenimiento, con el fin de verificar los aparejos manuales
y semiautomáticos que utiliza en sus labores diarias, para después diseñar la respectiva ficha
técnica de cada utensilio.
El programa de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de herramientas y áreas locativas
está enfocado aumentar la vida útil de los utensilios, mejorar la eficiencia y eficacia del
trabajador en la ejecución de sus actividades diarias: mejora (arreglos) de techos, paredes,
pisos, puertas, ventanales, baños, entre otras. También, se enfoca en la prevención de
accidentes de origen laboral; ya que en el año 2022 se han presentado 4 accidentes de trabajo,
de los cuales 2 han sido relacionados con el riesgo mecánico, debido al mal estado de los
aparejos.
En noviembre de 2022, se da inicio a la implementación del programa, el cual comienza
con la socialización a las personas interesas, se explica al Comité Paritario de Seguridad y
Salud en el Trabajo (COPASST) y al auxiliar de mantenimiento la metodología y como se debe
ejecutar para alcanzar los resultados esperados. Después, se plasman los hallazgos de las
inspecciones de seguridad en el cronograma, para así proceder a realizar cada uno de los
arreglos en las áreas de la universidad.
The purpose of this program is to identify unsafe conditions and acts in the facilities of
the Universidad Piloto de Colombia, through a process of orderly and accurate observation of
the local areas, equipment, tools and unsafe practices that are executed in the work stations;
These inspections will be carried out by members of the Joint Committee for Safety and Health
at Work and members of the Emergency Brigade, a survey will be applied to the maintenance
assistant, in order to verify the manual and semi-automatic equipment used in their daily work,
and then design the respective technical data sheet for each tool.
The preventive and corrective maintenance program for tools and local areas is focused
on increasing the useful life of the tools, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the worker
in the execution of their daily activities: improvement (repairs) of ceilings, walls, floors, doors,
windows, bathrooms, among others. It also focuses on the prevention of occupational accidents,
since in 2022 there have been 4 TA, of which 2 have been related to mechanical risk, due to the
poor condition of the equipment.
In November 2022, the implementation of the program began, starting with the
socialization of the interested parties, explaining to the COPASST and the maintenance
assistant the methodology and how it should be executed to achieve the expected results.
Afterwards, the findings of the safety inspections are reflected in the schedule, in order to
proceed to carry out each of the repairs in the areas of the university.
