In this research work we will present the concept of museums and the different
transformations that these have had throughout history, since their origins were sites to
collect objects and distract people in times of leisure.
Taking Foucault as a theoretical basis, we show that today museums have been
changing their meaning, to be more pedagogical and a place of learning for those who
visit them; In addition, from the new technologies we show that the deployment to know
the various art collections in different parts of the world allows more people to have access
to them and enjoy not only the different artistic techniques that accompany the exhibitions,
but also allow to know other cultures, ideologies and customs, as well as the periods of
history that have surrounded humanity.
For us it is important to recover the memory of legendary peoples and ancestral roots
through art and the concept of the living, latent, community and popular museum
