The following work was designed after observing the problems identified at Colegio
Pedagógico Santa Martha regarding the lack of ludic-pedagogical and interactive resources in the
English language teaching process. In this order of ideas, it is intended to design as a pedagogical
strategy a digital booklet called BILINKIDS complying with the central objective which seeks
the assertive improvement in the English language of second grade children based on the four
guiding activities; to meet the proposed objective, the interactive methodology was taken as
support through the qualitative approach taking as a model the PAR (Participatory Action
Research).
On the other hand, for the development of this work, four research phases were
established: the diagnostic phase, the design phase, the implementation phase and the evaluation
phase. It is important to mention that the phases are in accordance with each specific objective of
the project and in order to fulfill them, the data collection instruments were designed (Table 4).
Among the results obtained, we can highlight the continuous progress in the strategies
implemented in the classroom, in addition to the favorable and assertive behavior on the part of
the students regarding the development of the English classes in the classroom.
