El presente proyecto pretende estudiar la factibilidad económica para la creación de una empresa que se encargará de la transformación, producción y comercialización de abono a partir de la recolección de desechos orgánicos generados por los residentes de la unidad residencial La Plaza Living, ubicada en la ciudad de Medellín, para ello se diseñan estrategias de recolección y se identifican los recursos e infraestructura necesarios para cada uno de los procesos. Para su análisis se presenta un estudio económico, el cual determina la inversión necesaria para iniciar operaciones, la infraestructura requerida para el desarrollo de los procesos, los costos y gastos asociados, y así mediante indicadores financieros determinar la viabilidad y rentabilidad económica del proyecto.
This project aims to study the economic feasibility for the creation of a company that will be in charge of the transformation, production and commercialization of compost from the collection of organic waste generated by the residents of the La Plaza Living residential unit, located in the city of Medellín, for this, collection strategies are designed and the necessary resources and infrastructure for each processare identified.For itsanalysis, an economic study is presented, which determines the investment necessary to start operations, the infrastructure required for the process development, the associated costs and expenses, and thus, through financial indicators, determine the viability and economic profitability of the project.
