El presente proyecto de investigación se desarrolla en torno al diseño de una estrategia de redes y alianzas desde la gerencia social, para mitigar los índices de hurto a personas y mejorar la calidad de vida y la seguridad ciudadana de la comunidad del barrio Minuto de Dios de la localidad de Engativá, en la ciudad de Bogotá. A través de una investigación descriptiva con enfoque cualitativo y método inductivo se espera ahondar en el tema investigativo y recopilar la información necesaria que aporte a la creación de la estrategia de redes y alianzas. Así mismo, por medio de la aplicación de entrevistas semi - estructuradas con preguntas abiertas, a cinco actores relevantes en temas de seguridad de la localidad: Comandante de Policía de Engativá, Concejala de Bogotá, Presidente de ASOJUNTAS Engativá, Funcionario de Alcaldía Local de Engativá y Funcionario de Universidad Minuto de Dios, donde se evidenció, que no se maneja un mismo discurso entre actores y por lo tanto no se ha logrado un trabajo articulado
This research project is developed around the design of a strategy of networks and
alliances from the social management, to mitigate the rates of theft from people and improve the
quality of life and citizen security of the community of the Minuto de Dios neighborhood of the
town of Engativá, in the city of Bogotá.
Through descriptive research with a qualitative approach and inductive method, it is
expected to delve into the research topic and collect the necessary information that contributes to
the creation of the network and alliance strategy. Likewise, through the application of semistructured interviews with open questions, to five relevant actors in local security issues: Police
Commander of Engativá, Councilwoman of Bogotá, President of ASOJUNTAS Engativá,
Official of the Local Mayor's Office of Engativá and Official of the Minuto de Dios University,
where it was evidenced that the same discourse between actors is not handled and therefore an
articulated work has not been achieved
