El presente proyecto se basa en la evaluación del tecnoestrés en docentes del Programa de Administración en Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo de la Corporación Universitaria Minuto de Dios, donde la adaptación de nuevas tecnologías en el trascurso de los últimos tres años, al momento que comenzó la pandemia covid 19 y en la actualidad que se encuentran en alternancia, tuvieron que aprender a manejar distintas herramientas de trabajo para comunicarse con los estudiantes y darles a conocer como se iban a manejar los cronogramas de actividades y los encuentros sincrónicos para dar una breve explicación del trabajo a entregar.
This project is based on the evaluation of techno-stress in teachers of the Occupational Health
and Safety Administration Program of the Minuto de Dios University Corporation, where the
adaptation of new technologies in the course of the last three years, at the time it began the covid
19 pandemic and currently they are in alternation, they had to learn to handle different work tools
to communicate with students and let them know how the activity schedules and synchronous
meetings were going to be handled to give a brief explanation of the work to be delivered. The
objective of this proposal is to make known the affectation that this sudden change of activities of
teachers could generate and how this influenced to increase fatigue, skepticism, anxiety and
inefficiency and become a technostress, which "which refers to the specific stress derived from
the introduction and use of new technologies at work, which entails negative psychosocial effects
derived from the use of information and communication technologies (ICT). Salanova, M., &

To meet the objective, an investigation will be carried out on the teachers of the Health and
Safety Administration program at work in two regional centers of the Minuto de Dios University
Corporation.
