one of the objectives of each company independent of the sector it belongs to will be to

The research that is carried out through a case study describes the investment
analysis that must be done for the implementation of photovoltaic energy in the hotel activity
of the municipality of San Gil (Santander)
The scenario to acquire the information on the consumption and average value of
energy that is annually reflected in the fixed expenses of the company, is developed through
a communication space between the owner of the hotel and the researcher; Once the
consumption is averaged, the conversion of each element is made, with the above the
budget is made to identify the possible investment of the adjustments and acquisitions that
the investor must make in order to obtain a financial profit in the future as mentioned
(Montaño ,H,Francisco, 2016) investment for a company means the acquisition of elements
that make up its assets (economic structure), in order for them to generate future income.
However, investments can have a classification, everything depends on the duration (short
term, long term); the object (renewal, expansion, innovation, etc.); the subject that invests
(individuals, companies, states, communities); the nature of the investment (real, productive
or financial); the degree of knowledge (certain, risk, probability, uncertainty, etc.); and the
relationship they have (independent, interdependent, substitutive).
