El presente documento se centra en la sistematización del proceso operativo de la gestión
documental desarrollado en el área de Administración Educativa del Centro Internacional de
Producción Limpia LOPE, SENA – Regional Nariño, la cual se llevó a cabo durante el periodo
comprendido entre agosto a noviembre del año 2021, considerada una experiencia exitosa por
los objetivos, como las metas alcanzadas en torno a la operatividad y la gestión adelantada.
Dentro del proceso de sistematización se planteó la identificación de los principales factores
asociados a la implementación del proceso administrativo mediante el ciclo PHVA aplicado a la
operativamente al proceso de gestión documental, que permitieron el logro de los objetivos
propuestos en términos de eficacia y eficiencia. Cabe mencionar que el referente metodológico
para la construcción del presente documento es el reconocido Oscar Jara, herramienta que aportó
un gran significado en el proceso de formación de un espíritu crítico a nivel educacional para
entender y reconstruir el proceso de la experiencia desarrollada, donde existen e intervienen
factores de un contexto sistemático, organizativo y particular. (Jara, 2018).
This document focuses on the systematization of the operational process of document
management developed in the area of Educational Administration of the Centro Internacional de
Producción Limpia LOPE, SENA - Regional Nariño, which was carried out during the period
from August to November 2021, considered a successful experience by the objectives, such as
the goals achieved in terms of operability and advanced management. Within the systematization
process, the identification of the main factors associated with the implementation of the
administrative process applied to the document management process was considered, which
allowed the achievement of the proposed objectives in terms of effectiveness and efficiency. It is
worth mentioning that the methodological reference for the construction of this document is the
recognized Oscar Jara, A tool that provided great significance in the process of forming a critical
spirit at an educational level to understand and reconstruct the process of experience developed,
where there exist and intervene factors of a systematic, organizational and particular context.
(Jara, 2018).
As a result in the first instance the situational picture of the lived experience was
described, in the second place the recognition of the factors through which the documentary
management of the area was managed operationally, based on the correlation of theory with
practice; emphasizing two important aspects: its control and existence; since the achievement of
productivity and results effectively and efficiently are due to a series of steps in the operation of
processes in terms of quantity, time, availability of resources and quality. (Punte & Belmaña,
2021). Finally, emphasis is placed on the presentation of a transformative proposal that has a
positive impact on the institution and the main conclusions that were reached based on the results
