Estudio de Factibilidad para crear una Empresa que preste Servicio Técnico Científico en el Campo de la Investigación Criminal – Ibagué.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación es parte del programa de investigación de la Especialización en Gerencia de Proyectos de la Corporación Universitaria Minuto de Dios; el cual articula la línea de investigación e innovación social, productiva y sub línea dualidad estructural dentro de la productividad, tejido empresarial e innovación. Este estudio busca determinar la factibilidad de la puesta en marcha de servicios técnico Científicos en el campo de la investigación Criminal, con el propósito de equiparar el desequilibrio judicial que existe dentro de la actuación de los particulares, frente al aparato judicial del Estado en la ciudad de Ibagué – Tolima. El presente es tomado como la respuesta a las necesidades de quienes no encuentran la respuesta que debiera dar el mismo Estado a todos los sujetos procesales. Su innovación esta procurada en la capacidad de dar respuesta a una necesidad insatisfecha que solo ha sido del alcance de elites económicas (bufes) que por su capacidad económica tienen una mayor probabilidad de adquisición de este tipo de productos que en ciudades como Bogotá son de mayor disponibilidad, pero que su traslado a otras ciudades como la capital Tolimense, hacen que el valor se incremente exponencialmente. Entendiendo que al segmento poblacional al que va enfocado el producto, debe tener un grado de aceptación de este mismo y para llegar a conocer su necesidad, se genera por medio de la administración de la información primaria de tipo cuantitativa, una aplicación de una encuesta Estudio de Factibilidad para crear una Empresa que preste Servicio Técnico Científico en el Campo de la Investigación Criminal – Ibagué. que buscaba conocer si los potenciales clientes poseen una necesidad de productos como el ofrecido, logrando librar de este modo la lucha contra la desigualdad que también es reconocida e identificada por quienes hacen parte del segmento poblacional en el que estamos enfocados. Los resultados obtenidos en el desarrollo y aplicación dentro del proyecto permitieron concluir que existe un interés por parte de los usuarios de la administración de justicia de la ciudad de Ibagué – Tolima, en particular por los profesionales del derecho y a quienes estos representan en cada una de las causas judiciales, los futuros y potenciales usuarios del servicio que se plantea en este proyecto, consideran que el mismo es una necesidad insatisfecha en la actualidad y que por ende requieren de este a fin de equiparar las fuerzas legales dentro del sistema actual.

This study seeks to determine the feasibility of the implementation of scientific technical services in the field of Criminal investigation, with the purpose of equalizing the judicial imbalance that exists within the actions of individuals, against the judicial apparatus of the State in the city from Ibagué - Tolima. The present is taken as the answer to the needs of those who do not find the answer that the same State should give to all the procedural subjects. Its innovation is sought in the ability to respond to an unsatisfied need that has only been within the reach of economic elites (buffets) that due to their economic capacity have a greater probability of acquiring this type of products than in cities like Bogotá are higher availability, but its transfer to other cities such as the Tolima capital, make the value increase exponentially. Understanding that the population segment to which the product is focused, must have a degree of acceptance of this same and to get to know its need, it is generated through the administration of primary quantitative information, an application of a survey that It sought to know if potential customers have a need for products such as the one offered, thus managing to fight the fight against inequality that is also recognized and identified by those who are part of the population segment in which they are focused. The results obtained in the development and application within the project allowed to conclude that there is an interest on the part of the users of the justice administration of the city of Ibagué - Tolima, in particular by the legal professionals and whom they represent in each of the legal cases, the future and potential users of the service that arises in this project, consider that it is an unsatisfied need at present and that therefore they require it in order to equalize the legal forces within the current system.
