El proyecto busca establecer la factibilidad para la implementación de la unidad de emprendimiento agrícola en la Institución Educativa Técnica Bolívar, del municipio de Santa Isabel, Tolima, tiene como objetivo principal fortalecer la cultura del emprendimiento a través de la especialidad de la Técnica Agropecuaria en articulación con el Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje – SENA , a través del programa de Tecnología en Sistemas Agropecuarios Ecológicos, orientado a la media técnica en los grados décimo y undécimo de la Institución. En este sentido se busca que los estudiantes forjen actitudes emprendedoras, entendiendo esta última; como la habilidad propia de proceder de forma dinámica ante las situaciones que se presenten en su entorno.
Se basa en la Metodología General Ajustada (MGA), permitiendo un proceso de identificación, programación, preparación y evaluación de los proyectos de inversión, haciendo frente a un trayecto coherente al objetivo que contempla: organización, dirección, planificación, gestión financiera, control y supervisión técnica, que puede ser una buena solución a corto plazo que podría traer beneficios a la comunidad. “El emprendimiento es una manera de pensar y actuar orientada hacia la creación de riqueza. Es una forma de pensar, razonar y actuar centrada en las oportunidades, planteada con visión global y llevada a cabo mediante un liderazgo equilibrado y la gestión de un riesgo calculado, su resultado es la creación de valor que beneficia a la empresa, la economía y la sociedad;” (Ley 1014 de 2006, literal c, artículo 1°). Se pretende que a partir de este proyecto haya un aprovechamiento de los terrenos y herramientas con que cuenta la Institución Educativa Técnica Bolívar, teniendo en cuenta la naturaleza agrícola del municipio de Santa Isabel, así mismo, que el educando adquiera destrezas empresariales en busca de mejorar su calidad de vida.
En este sentido, es fundamental construir escenarios que generen alternativas productivas múltiples; promoviendo una cultura emprendedora fundamentada en el desarrollo de competencias que despierten la creatividad y la responsabilidad social de crear nuevo valor en las prácticas que emprenda e involucren a los estudiantes.
The project seeks to establish the feasibility for the implementation of an agricultural
entrepreneurship unit in the Bolívar Technical Educational Institution, of the municipality of
Santa Isabel, Tolima, its main objective is to strengthen the culture of entrepreneurship through
the specialty of Agricultural Technique in articulation with the National Service of Learning -
SENA, through the program of Technology in Ecological Agricultural Systems, oriented to the
technical average in the tenth and eleventh grades of the Institution. In this sense, the aim is for
students to forge entrepreneurial attitudes, understanding the latter; as the own ability to proceed
dynamically in the face of situations that arise in their environment.
It is based on the Adjusted General Methodology (AMS), allowing a process of
identification, programming, preparation and evaluation of investment projects, facing a coherent
path to the objective that it contemplates: organization, direction, planning, financial
management, control and technical supervision, which can be a good short-term solution that
could bring benefits to the community. “Entrepreneurship is a way of thinking and acting
oriented towards the creation of wealth. It is a way of thinking, reasoning and acting focused on
opportunities, raised with a global vision and carried out through balanced leadership and the
management of a calculated risk, its result is the creation of value that benefits the company, the
economy and the society;" (Law 1014 of 2006, literal c, article 1). It is intended that from this
project there is a use of the land and tools available to the Bolívar Technical Educational Institution, taking into account the agricultural nature of the municipality of Santa Isabel,
likewise, that the student acquires business skills in search of improvement their quality of life.
In this sense, it is essential to build scenarios that generate multiple productive
alternatives; promoting an entrepreneurial culture based on the development of skills that awaken
creativity and social responsibility to create new value in the practices undertaken and involve
students.
