El objetivo de esta investigación es construir de manera colectiva y participativa un
programa de orientación vocacional integral con estudiantes de grados 10 y 11 del Colegio La
Esperanza IED. Para ello se realizará una indagación en el autoconocimiento profundizando en
la inteligencia Intrapersonal de cada agente participante, teniendo en cuenta como se ha tratado
el proceso vocacional a través del tiempo y como esta puede llegar a ser de manera participa.
Se escoge el paradigma crítico social pues desde este enfoque nace el interés de conocer
y transformar formas imperantes de la sociedad y proponer alternativas para su cambio y
mejoramiento y una investigación participativa, puesto que su objetivo principal es llegar a un
progreso social mediante la plena participación de la comunidad en el análisis de la propia
realidad.
Los agentes participantes serán estudiantes de grados 10° y 11° del Colegio La Esperanza
IED el cual se encuentra ubicado en la localidad de Bosa, específicamente en el barrio Bosa la
Esperanza. Según estadísticas estos se encuentran entre los estratos 1,2 y 3 predominando los
estratos 1 y 2
The objective of this research is to collectively and participatively build a comprehensive
vocational guidance program with 10th and 11th grade students from Colegio La Esperanza IED.
For this, an inquiry into self-knowledge will be carried out, deepening the Intrapersonal
intelligence of each participating agent, taking into account how the vocational process has been
treated over time and how it can become in a participatory way.
The critical social paradigm is chosen because from this approach arises the interest to
know and transform prevailing forms of society and propose alternatives for their change and
improvement and participatory research, since its main objective is to achieve social progress

The participating agents will be 10th and 11th grade students from Colegio La Esperanza
IED which is located in the town of Bosa, specifically in the Bosa la Esperanza neighborhood.
