Determinar la existencia del síndrome de burnout en los colaboradores de Coagronorte Ltda.

Abstract

Se genera proyecto de investigación donde se indaga sobre la existencia del síndrome de burnout, en los colaboradores de la empresa Coagronorte Ltda., ubicada en el Zulia - Norte de Santander, donde se ejecutó un estudio descriptivo a través de la aplicación del Test Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) , como instrumento principal de evaluación validado, a una población de 170 colaboradores, donde se pretende evidenciar la existencia y/o prevalencia de la sintomatología, que actualmente pueda estar afectando el bienestar integral de los trabajadores creando un posible cumplimiento disminuido de sus actividades diarias, propiciando un afectación en los objetivos organizacionales de la empresa.
