The telework is a modality of work which allows the companies to have strategies that allow
not only under emergency conditions, but also as an alternative for the decrease of operating costs
especially in the administrative part. The design of a model of telework for the Organization Bless
is elaborated, identifying the conditions and risks of the candidates to teleworkers by means of the
utilization of the auto report, the interview of the Ministry of Technologies of the Information and
Communication, as well as the matrix of identification of dangers, evaluation and valuation of
risks. Similarly, the physical, technical, technological and administrative requirements for the
implementation of the model are determined, based on Law 1221 of 2008 and the Management
System of Health and Safety at Work of the organization to finally develop the structure of the
model from a guide for the implementation of Telework.
It is carried out by means of the mixed approach and descriptive scope, with a purposive
sample of 12 candidates to teleworkers of 5 of the directions of the company and that, by the profile
of position, can perform at home. The main findings correspond to the results of the application of
the self-report where it is indicated that the most prevalent danger is that of explosion and fire, the
most common, the ventilation and illumination and the one of greater attention, the ergonomic one.
Additionally, it is established that most of the candidates do not have an exclusive place to carry
out the telework and that their families support them in this decision. For the application, the
organization must have a culture of change, trust in human capital and understand that the worker
at home is an equally productive person as those who are in different work areas.
