La sistematización de experiencias es un proceso académico basado en la metodología praxeológica, el cual consiste en una observación detallada de las prácticas profesionales, evaluando los procesos que se manejan en el escenario de prácticas identificando las problemáticas que se presentan en la institución, en donde se identifica a través de la observación las dificultades en la persistencia ni, responsabilidad y motivación de las personas privada de libertad en el proceso terapéutico en Comunidad Terapéutica de la Cárcel y Penitenciaría El Buen Pastor, por lo tanto se acude a realizar un análisis comprensivo de la problemática identificada, el cual es sustentado a través de conocimientos previos y estudios científicos, reconociendo factores elementales para modificar el método de intervención, como la distinción entre las diferentes percepciones y su procesamiento de información, la motivación extrínseca o intrínseca que lleva al individuo a participar activa o pasivamente en los talleres psicoeducativos guiados por incentivos externos o internos
The systematization of experiences is an academic process based on the praxeological
methodology, which consists of a detailed observation of professional practices, evaluating
the processes that are handled in the practice scenario, identifying the problems that arise in
the institution, where It identifies only through observation the difficulties in the persistence,
responsibility and motivation of people deprived of liberty in the therapeutic process in the El
Buen Pastor Prison and Penitentiary Therapeutic Community, therefore a comprehensive
analysis of the identified problem, which is supported through previous knowledge and
scientific studies, recognizing elementary factors to modify the intervention method, such as
the distinction between the different perceptions and their information processing, the
extrinsic or intrinsic motivation that leads the individual to participate actively or passively e
psychoeducational workshops guided by external or internal incentives; and the importance
of individual and group intervention in a Therapeutic Community.
Given the research and argumentation of the key concepts, we continue to act,
implementing a narrative-type methodology, in which the ppl through surveys mention the
different perceptions they have about the work of the practitioners in the application of
psychoeducational workshops , in the implemented methodology, the relevance of the same,
the effectiveness of the workshops, the topics addressed based on the perception of each
one regarding their learning. Once the results are obtained, an action plan is created based
on the perceptions obtained by the people deprived of liberty, the study elaborated a critical
reflection on it.
