Propuesta de investigación para el trazado de rutas y diseño de señalización vertical y horizontal para la ciclorruta urbana en el municipio de Girardot.

Abstract

Este proyecto nació con el propósito de integrar al municipio en un sistema de transporte que, aunque cuenta con infraestructura en algunos lugares, en nuestra ciudad merece mejores espacios, mayor interés y solo por el hecho de circular en bicicleta. Como principal objetivo del presente trabajo está el diseño y planteamiento de la ciclorred “Girardot, muévete en bici” lo que hace que nuestra investigación sea de tipo aplicada basada en encontrar estrategias que permitan lograr el objetivo concreto. La ciclorred permitirá integrar las ciclo rutas existentes con distintos sectores estratégicos de la ciudad. Según el grado de manipulación de las variables de investigación mediante encuestas, aforos y gráficas, el enfoque es carácter cuantitativo. Sin embargo, el estudio de las posibilidades de incorporación para la movilidad ciclo inclusiva se deben también a posteriores análisis cualitativos. La búsqueda del mejor trayecto y conexión mediante una ciclorred se plasma en los 18,752 kilómetros de “Girardot, muévete en bici”. La población beneficiada con esta alternativa de movilidad son todas aquellas personas que tienen la bicicleta como medio de transporte a diario, que son los directamente involucrados en el objetivo principal de movilidad inclusiva. De llegar a hacerse realidad este proyecto esta población aumentaría ya que se brindaría seguridad, confort y confianza a las personas para hacer de la bicicleta su nuevo medio de transporte.

This project was born with the purpose of integrating the municipality into a transport system that, although it has infrastructure in some places, in our city it deserves better spaces, greater interest and only because of the fact of riding a bicycle. The main objective of this work is the design and approach of the “Girardot, move by bike” cycle, which makes our research applied based on finding strategies to achieve the specific objective. The ciclorred will allow the integration of existing cycle routes with different strategic sectors of the city. Depending on the degree of manipulation of the research variables through surveys, gauges and graphs, the approach is quantitative. However, the study of the possibilities of incorporation for inclusive cycle mobility is also due to subsequent qualitative analyzes. The search for the best route and connection through a ciclorred is reflected in the 18,752 kilometers of “Girardot, move by bike”. The population benefited with this mobility alternative is all those who have the bicycle as a means of daily transport, who are directly involved in the main objective of inclusive mobility. If this project became a reality, this population would increase since it would provide security, comfort and confidence to people to make the bicycle their new means of transport.
