La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo formular una estrategia de redes y alianzas
que permita el efectivo acceso a la información e inclusión social a la población migrante, para
fortalecer su identidad cultural desde la biblioteca pública Perdomo Soledad Lamprea.
Desde la perspectiva teórica se fundamentó en los siguientes postulados: Civallero
(2011), IFLA (2017), Ceballos Ospina (2018), Vásquez, Herrera y Castro (2019), entre otros
autores, que se han inclinado en las categorías de migración, identidad cultural, inclusión social y
redes y alianzas. La metodología fue de tipo descriptiva, con enfoque cualitativo e inductivo,
partiendo de la observación. Su población objeto estuvo conformada por cuatro coordinadores de
bibliotecas, dos funcionarios de la biblioteca pública Perdomo Soledad Lamprea y siete usuarios
de la población migrante de la biblioteca.
The objective of this research was to formulate a strategy of networks and alliances that
allows effective access to information and social inclusion of the migrant population to
strengthen their cultural identity from the Perdomo Soledad Lamprea public library.
From the theoretical perspective it was based on the following postulates: Civallero
(2011), IFLA (2017), Ceballos Ospina (2018), Vásquez, Herrera y Castro (2019) among other
authors, who have leaned in the categories: migration, cultural identity, social inclusion and
networks and alliances. The methodology was descriptive, with a qualitative and inductive
approach, based on observation, its target population consisted of 4 library coordinators, 2
officials of the Perdomo Public Library and 7 users of the migrant population of the library.
