La presente investigación trata sobre la relación del funcionamiento familiar y desarrollo emocional de niños y niñas de 4 A 6 Años de edad Pertenecientes a La Vereda Piedrecitas del Municipio de Turbo,
Colombia 2020, y se realiza bajo los lineamientos del enfoque mixto, con un diseño de triangulación, además de un alcance correlacional. La investigación se realizó en la vereda Piedrecitas, donde surge la necesidad de investigar sobre este tema en particular, a raíz de un proceso de trabajo de investigación realizado en el sexto semestre en el módulo investigación cualitativa II, donde se evidencio algunos comportamientos y características en niñas y niños de la Vereda. El objetivo planteado en esta investigación es analizar la relación del funcionamiento familiar en el desarrollo emocional de niños y niñas de 4 A 6 años de edad, para la recolección de la información se utilizaron la observación participante y la aplicación de escalas como lo fue: la escala EDEI para niños y la FF-SILL para los padres, en los resultados obtenidos se pudo verificar que el tipo de desarrollo emocional de la niñez temprana está influenciado por el funcionamiento familiar de acuerdo a la teoría de Jean Piaget.
The present investigation deals with the relationship between family functioning and emotional development of boys and girls aged 4 to 6 years old belonging to La Vereda Piedrecitas of the Municipality of Turbo, Colombia 2020, and is carried out under the guidelines of the mixed approach, with a triangulation design, as well as a correlational scope. The research was carried out in the village of Piedrecitas, where the need for research on this particular subject arose, as a result of a research process carried out in the sixth semester in the qualitative research module II, where some behaviors and characteristics in girls and boys from the village were evident. The objective of this research is to analyze the relationship between family functioning and emotional development in children between 4 and 6 years of age. To gather information, we used participant observation and the application of scales such as the EDEI scale for children and the FF-SILL scale for parents.
